IT Techno functional Specialist - Order to Cash (OTC)

The IT Techno functional Specialist - Order-to-Cash (OTC) provides in-depth technical and functional direction for the design, development, and support of SAP application solutions that enable Abbott’s global commercial, distribution, and customer fulfillment operations.

• Delivering new capabilities, enhancements, and system maintenance
• Preparing functional and technical specifications
• Ensuring the development, testing, and deployment of efficient, cost-effective solutions
• Defining and maintaining SAP OTC solution architecture standards
• Developing cross-process integration designs and data flows
• Validating solution designs, performing performance monitoring and capacity planning
• Supporting installation, testing, and upgrading of SAP releases and related tools

• Degree in IT and/or a complementary business discipline
• At least 10+ years of experience across SAP OTC process areas
• Prior project, program, or people management experience
• Strong problem-determination and root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent collaboration and partnering skills with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding process costs and experience working with Service Providers to maintain operational excellence and service-level compliance
